I see a wristwatch-based, full topo, offering. Wow! See gpscentral.ca for more details.

What I really need for the bike is:

    a) a back-up camera

    b) air conditioning

    c) on-demand all-wheel drive

    d) of course, OnStar

    e) a winch would be nice

    f) you know that alternating, LED, coloured mood lighting that comes in some Korean cars

    g) an inflateable doll that goes on the pilion seat so I can use the HOV lanes

    h) daytime running lights...wait, got 'em

    i) and I can hardly wait until all the cars around me have that autonomous vehicle control where the Google computer drives them without the "operator" being involved. That should make my ride much more safe.

How about you guys/gals? Any ideas for improving the ride?

I've got a cup holder on my V-strom, now I just need a mini refrigerator to keep my beverages cool on the trip. I doubt my stator produces enough power for an electric cooler.

We have a guy in the Cambridge crew who had, for a brief period of time a garage door remote installed mounted on the handlebar (just what everyone needs on a ride); but on its first ride it broke off & fell into the ditch :( . Same fella then installed one of the first cameras on the handlebar; when he tried to show us said camera, he dropped it & cracked the lens #-o .
There's something to be said for simplicity, ie: less stuff to break  ....

Yep, they can. Many times I have returned my empties and got another case of beer with my top case. Things I need to do when we only have one car and my wife is away with it.
