    Hi, all.

I live in Lindsay and have the rail; trail right behind my house. Unfortunately, it is ATV use only. I know bikes are allowed on some parts of the trail system, but not the section in my area. I can get to places like Kimount, etc., on the roads, but I would love to be able to access that area via the rail system.

When I first moved here, I contacted the ATV club to find out if I could pay for the trail pass, help with trail management, and do what I can to help out, but I was flatly rejected.

Will there ever be a chance to access these trails with a bike? Will there ever be a time that the usage of these old rail trails will come under review so that they become multi-use?

Check out the 5points area. It is crown land. Its not off the rail trail, but tons of riding. Access is at bass lake road at bobcaygeon. Parking is just past the sled club house. Trails are just down the road from there.....take a gps. There is fuel in gooderham
