    Don't mind my photo skills/Iphone pics. ...

John and I heading out for a little loop this afternoon.
Was a cool afternoon, plus 3 or 4 the high.
Beautiful ice can be found on most of the puddles:

We ran the Hydro line - which had some puddles - but nice.
Once we hit the concession roads.... Wet.
This section is normally dry, and only has a few ATV ruts....

We ran the first section to the next "dry land", but things weren't looking promising. I usually never like to turn around.....
I ran the next section, and when the front fender was tipping in the water, going into a rut, not seeing bottom, I knew I was in trouble, Was able to lift the front end out (wet feet), and man handle the KTM around.

I ran back to the start and waited for John to turn around from the first spot. You can see him in the distance - remember this section is usually dry...

    Short vids of his return..:

We ran the Hydro line back - and near the end, going up some hills, the WR was taking too much momentum.... When you miss a corner and hit/brush/etc. a big tree with strong branches – it can actually hold your bike up!

Was only a short couple of hours, 92km run - but was nicer than doing yard work!!!!!!!!

The new ktm is an absolute blast to ride. It performs way way way above my ability.

Should work great at the dacre challenge next year.
